How long does a quote take?
We visit within 48 hours of your request and send a detailed, fixed-price quote within a week.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Our technical office prepares the drawings and files the permits with the local authorities for you.
Can we live in the house during the works?
Often yes. We plan the work in phases and keep part of the house usable whenever it is safe to do so.
What warranty do you give?
Ten years on structural work and two years on finishes and systems, in writing.
Do you work outside the city?
We work within about 80 km of our office. For larger projects we travel further.
